Meet Gwen

Gwen Arvidson is a creative leader who helps brands show up clearly and confidently—especially when stakes are high and internal resources are limited.

For nearly two decades, she's led brand, digital and campaign work at Pinterest, Roku, Vevo, Disney and Discovery Communications. Working inside fast-moving, revenue-driven organizations shaped how she approaches creative: with a deep understanding of how brand, marketing, sales and media intersect—and what it takes to make work perform.

Her work has supported product launches, enterprise sales, platform partnerships and large-scale campaigns—translating strategy into execution quickly, collaborating across teams and delivering work that performs in the real world.

After years at global companies, Gwen led creative for a growing technology company—building and evolving its brand from the ground up. She defined how the company showed up to enterprise and agency audiences, owning creative end to end as the primary partner for a business without a full in-house team.

That experience is the foundation of Lake Media Collective. Gwen brings the perspective of someone who's been on the inside—understanding timelines, pressure and constraints—paired with hands-on execution. Clients work with her directly to move faster, make smarter decisions and deliver work that makes their teams feel supported.

The philosophy behind Lake Media Collective

Lake Media Collective is rooted in craft, curiosity and follow-through—values shaped long before the studio existed.

The business began as Lake Printers, founded by Gwen's grandfather when printing required technical precision and hands-on problem solving. Years later, Gwen's dad joined, learning the business from the ground up. As the industry evolved, he rebranded as Lake Media, expanding beyond print and experimenting with computers, design programs and new production techniques when many shops struggled to adapt.

Gwen watched that evolution firsthand. Seeing the business blend legacy craftsmanship with modern tools is where her love of design first took shape. She learned how thoughtful design, technical knowledge and adaptability could transform a business.

Today, that mindset lives on through Lake Media Collective. Gwen's dad remains involved as an advisor and print expert, overseeing production with the same standard of quality that defined the original business.
